LIR services: the first payment covers the first month of a lease billed monthly, or the first year otherwise. A lease billed monthly has no minimum term and can be stopped at the end of any month, including the first one. A leased block ends at the end of the period already paid; a sponsored resource ends when it is returned to the RIPE NCC or moved to another LIR.

Subscription plans, dataset subscriptions and Enterprise subscriptions replace the former subscription section, with their renewal, upgrade, downgrade and cancellation rules. New section on Internet number resources (LIR services): ordering and payment, holder verification, refunds, right of withdrawal for consumers, sanctions screening and publication in the RIPE Database.
